SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between 7JN Tech Assist ("Provider") and the client named above ("Client").

2. Scope of Services

Provider agrees to perform technical services including but not limited to:

  1. Automated Data Reporting and Workflow Optimization
  2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  3. Remote IT Infrastructure Management
  4. Knowledge Base and Documentation Setup
3. Commitment to Quality & Security

Provider is committed to fixing bottlenecks and achieving the Client's goals with professional precision. Provider shall maintain the highest standards of data security, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the engagement, ensuring all client information remains protected.

4. Compensation & Payment Terms
  • Total Project Fee: As per selected package or custom quote
  • Payment Schedule: 30%-50% down payment, full payment upon completion
  • Payment Method: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or as agreed
  • Invoicing: Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All deliverables created specifically for the Client shall become the property of the Client upon full payment. Provider agrees to keep all Client business data and proprietary information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, Client agrees to pay Provider for all work completed up to the date of notice.

Refunds and Adjustments: All service fees are subject to review. Should a project fail to meet the agreed-upon deliverables, refunds or adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis upon mutual discussion and approval.

By proceeding, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.
